The nutritional information in the following table provides a comparison of Ambiance™ C o n f e c t i o n s  with other chocolates. The information is for one ounce (28 grams) of each product.

 

Typically, chocolate has added sugar. Ambiance™ C o n f e c t i o n s contain no added sugar. This is one attribute that distinguishes Ambiance™ C o n f e c t i o n s from other chocolates.

You can see in the table that Ambiance™ C o n f e c t i o n s contain only 18% sugar. This is the intrinsic sugar that is found naturally in whole cherries and whole cashews. The other chocolates listed in the table have a much higher sugar content. And much of that sugar is added sugar. Added sugar tends to give you a “sugar high” followed by a letdown. Intrinsic sugar, because it is just one part of a whole food, tends to produce a gradual, sustained energy.

Despite the fact that Ambiance™ C o n f e c t i o n s are low in sugar. They have a very rich chocolate taste and just the right sweetness for a satisfying experience.
